ANTHROPROACH COMMUNITY CARRY First Sunday of Every Month · 10:00 AM · Turkey Mountain · Free

Once a month we head outside, pick up something heavy, and walk around in the woods together. That's pretty much it — and it's one of our favorite things we do.

Join us every first Sunday at Turkey Mountain for our Community Carry. We hike a .75–2 mile loop (a few times, conditions depending) while carrying weights ranging from 5–80 lbs. Don't want to carry anything? Just hike your bodyweight and hang with good people. Tap out whenever you need to — zero judgment. If the group gets fired up, we carry until we physically can't. Kids are always welcome and honestly tend to outshine everyone.

What to bring: Good hiking shoes, comfy clothes, water, and whoever you want to drag along. We'll have weights available first come, first serve — but bring one just in case we run out!

Where to meet: Upper West Parking Lot off the 61st St exit on Highway 75 — look for the paved lot. Try to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get moving!

Each month features a rotating Anthroproach host — you might get Zac, Shannon, Floyd, Ron, or Molly. Different vibe every time, same good time guaranteed.

It's free. It's every month. Come carry something heavy with us.
